Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss
2 oz. cold water
1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Chocolate
1 HMR® Peanut Butter BeneFit® Bar
1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus Chocolate into a
small bowl or mug.
2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
3. Chop the BeneFit Bar into small pieces. Set
aside ¼ of the pieces.
4. Fold the bar pieces into the pudding. Sprinkle
the reserved pieces on top.
5. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding,
refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

Chocolate Banana Smash Pudding
1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Chocolate
1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Empty packet of HMR® 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
- Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
- Gently fold in fruit.
- Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing

Pistachio Soft-Serve Ice Cream
8 ice cubes
4 oz. water
1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one serving any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
4 teaspoons sugar-free, fat-free pistachio instant pudding mix
- Place ice cubes in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until ice is crushed.
- Turn off the food processor. Scrape down ice.
- Turn the food processor back on. Add water, shake mix, and pudding powder.
- Mix for 3–4 minutes (the longer you mix, the lighter it will become).

Apple Brown Benny
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 HMR® Peanut Butter Benefit® Bar hcut into 8 pieces
Dash of cinnamon
- Put chopped fruit in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes or until fruit is soft.
- Put pieces of BeneFit Bar on top of the hot fruit.
- Stir.
- Serve immediately.
