Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss

2 oz. cold water
1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Chocolate
1 HMR® Peanut Butter BeneFit® Bar

1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus Chocolate into a
    small bowl or mug.
2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
3. Chop the BeneFit Bar into small pieces. Set
    aside ¼ of the pieces.
4. Fold the bar pieces into the pudding. Sprinkle
    the reserved pieces on top.
5. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding,
    refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.

Chocolate Banana Smash Pudding

1 packet HMR® 70 Plus Chocolate
1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces

  1. Empty packet of HMR® 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
  2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in fruit.
  4. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing

Pistachio Soft-Serve Ice Cream

8 ice cubes
4 oz. water
1 scoop HMR® 120 Vanilla (or one serving any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
4 teaspoons sugar-free, fat-free pistachio instant pudding mix

  1. Place ice cubes in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until ice is crushed.
  2. Turn off the food processor. Scrape down ice.
  3. Turn the food processor back on. Add water, shake mix, and pudding powder.
  4. Mix for 3–4 minutes (the longer you mix, the lighter it will become).

Apple Brown Benny

1 apple, cored and chopped
1 HMR® Peanut Butter Benefit® Bar hcut into 8 pieces
Dash of cinnamon

  1. Put chopped fruit in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave for 2–3 minutes or until fruit is soft.
  4. Put pieces of BeneFit Bar on top of the hot fruit.
  5. Stir.
  6. Serve immediately.
